We Collect No Personal Information Using Our Applications
We do not collect, use, save, or have access to any of your personal data recorded in ReLive: Spatial Journal on VisionOS.Individual settings relating to the app are not personal and are stored only on your device. You might also be asked to provide access to your photo library, but this is only SO you can open your photos and videos in our app. We don't process that information at all and have no access to it.
Things You Create or Provide to Us
We collect information to provide better services to all our users from figuring out basic stuff like which language you speak, to more complex things like how you use our app. When you're using our app, we store the information we collect with unique identifiers tied to the device you're using. This allows us to do things like maintain your preferences across sessions, such as your preferred language or homepage setup.When you register with us and use the Application, you generally provide: (a) your name, email address; (b) your User ID, as supplied by us; (c) information you provide us when you contact us for help or provide feedback.
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of device you use, your device's unique device ID, the IP address of your device, your device’s system information, and information about the way you use the Application.When you first login to authenticate yourself we provide a unique Authentication token which is automatically stored on your device. This information is subsequently used by the Application when you use it to identify your device and confirm you have a valid subscription to ReLive: Spatial Journal.
How We Use the Data
The personal information we collect allows us to keep you up to date on our latest product announcements, software updates. and services. You may at any time opt out of receiving such communications by contacting us. In particular, we only send you our newsletter with your prior consent, and you can opt out of receiving the newsletter anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link we include in each newsletter, or by contacting us.We may also use personal information for internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis. and research to improve our products, services, and customer communications. Any third party with whom our App shares user data provides the same or equal protection of user data as stated in our privacy policy.
Retention of Personal Data
We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, provide our Services and enforce our legal agreements and policies.Your Personal Data collected through our Services will be retained for as long as permitted by applicable law or necessary depending on the respective purpose of collection and shall be deleted when they no longer serve one of the above-mentioned purposes or shall be anonymized and therefore will no longer constitute Personal Data. It is clarified that in no case the retention period should exceed the 5 years from the date of collection. Once we have deleted or anonymized your Personal Data, you will not be able to exercise the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification or the right to data portability. However, if a user wishes to revoke their consent or remove their data: (1) In-app: they can delete the Application from the device, after which all the in-app data will be deleted; (2) On-server: they can e-mail business@spatialtyai.com and request for deletion of their user data.
